My experience with Passionate Pussycats Feline Rescue was absolutely perfect. I had been looking to adopt a cat for a few months and they worked with me to see which one would be the best fit. We messaged for a few days about different kittens and when they would be ready to be adopted out. One day she showed me this five month old kitten who they had just rescued from a really terrible situation and I knew I had to meet her. They came to my apartment so I could meet the kitten but also to do a home inspection which I really appreciate. As soon as I met her I knew I had to keep her. She came fixed with all of her shots and was perfectly happy and healthy which I seriously appreciate. It’s been two years since then and whenever I hear somebody looking to adopt a cat or if they need help finding resources for cats they already have, I always point them to this rescue. I will forever be grateful for their help connecting me with my Mimi.

The brother and sister we adopted in January are thriving. Zoey, female tabby, and Oly, male tuxedo, were healthy, friendly and easy going from the start. It has been so much fun seeing their personalities come out. Zoey is smart and sassy and purrs constantly. Oly is a little more reserved but likes to suddenly jump on my lap, purr, lick my cheek and rub his head on me. They have provided so much entertainment. Cat toys are everywhere!

I've known Diane Murrey of PPFR for a few years now, before she titled the name of her Rescue. Of all the kind, befitting words that could be used to describe Diane, the facilitator of this Rescue, one word clearly stand out: Devotion! PPFR is unequivocally devoted to the rescue and care of every facet of the cat and kitten population. Diane spends every waking hour of every day of her life, with few exceptions, to cat care and Rescue. From trapping, TNR, steady spay and neuter runs, kitten rescue, kitten raising, socializing feral kittens, fundraising, adoption events and much more. Every ounce of her being is devoted to cats. The whole experience working with Passionate Pussycats Feline Rescue was wonderful from start to adoption. They worked with my husband, cat crazy kid and neurotic cat to find a perfect addition to our family. They provided all the first vaccinations and fixed the kitten, which was marvelous to have done for the kitten. They gave excellent advice for introducing the new kitten and cat we had at home. Working with Passionate Pussycats was a dream! I already knew Diane and just seeing her huge heart & willingness to get these cats & kittens to thrive & feel love just spoke to me. I wanted to surprise my daughter for Christmas with a kitten & we found an adorable black & white kitten that was living in a box on the street with her mom & littermates. It was such a smooth experience and the hardest part was keeping the secret from my daughter! I met the kittens & it was obvious that TWO of them had a strong bond. Long story short my daughter got not one but two kittens for Christmas. It was the best surprise ever and we will recommend Diane & Passionate Pussycats whenever we have the opportunity! ❤️
